Fail to Sync Playlists from Apple Music

SpotiKeep Apple Music Converter is able to read your created playlists on Apple Music via iTunes. When you first time to use the program, you need to click the refresh button to sync your playlist on SpotiKeep Apple Music Converter.

However, if you cannot find your playlist on the list, please make sure you have turned on the option for syncing Apple Music library to iTunes. If not, here's a tutorial to switch on.

• STEP 1. Go Settings and scroll down, then tap on Music.
• STEP 2. Turn on the option for Sync Library.
• STEP 3. Reopen iTunes.
• STEP 4. Refresh SpotiKeep Apple Music Converter to get the created playlist.
