Once the order is placed, we will send the license code to your email as soon as possible. Then you can use the license code to unlock all services of the software. If you want to request a refund, please read the following terms to determine whether you are eligible for a refund.


SpotiKeep offers 30 Days Money-Back Guarantee. Customers can request a refund with proper reasons within 30 days after the purchase. Refunds will only be approved within the promised date under the acceptable cases below. No refund will be issued if the purchase exceeds 30 days. Before requesting a refund, we highly recommend to solve your problem with the assistance of our support team.


  • Customers purchase the same software twice. Or purchase two software with similar functions. In these cases, refunds will be approved.

  • Request a refund within 30 days with proper reasons, for example, replacing the purchase of wrong product to the correct one. We will issue the refund for the wrong product.

  • The software has terminal technical issues and our technical support team offers no solution withit 30 days.

  • Customers cannot receive the license code and fail to get a response from SpotiKeep support team within 24 hours of purchase.


In general, any customer who so wishes will receive a refund. But we reserve the right to refuse refund requests in the following cases:

  • The request for a refund is made over 30 days after the purchase date.

  • The decision of a refund request is not for any proper reasons, for example, the customer has purchased a similar product from a different provider and wishes to return the product for this reason.

  • Fail to activate or use the software due to the operator error. For example, entering a blank space in front of the E-mail address or license code; entering a wrong license code to activate the software; no network connection while registration.

  • Purchase the wrong software. In this case, a discount will be offered for the right product.

  • The purchased software performs well but fails to meet customers’ needs due to a lack of knowledge of the product. In general, we cannot offer a refund when our product is performing well. We highly recommend every customer try the free trial version to avoid buying the software.

  • Purchase issues about credit card fraud or unauthorized payment. If there is any suspicion of fraud or unauthorized payment, please contact the card issuer immediately.

  • Unable to use the software due to your computing environment.

  • Customers does not upgrade the software, when an update is available.

  • Customers purchase the software with a wrong E-mail address and refuse to make an order with a correct E-mail address.

  • Customers request a refund for technical problems, but refuse to technical support provided by SpotiKeep.

  • Issues claiming failed to receive the license code in several hours. Generally, you’ll receive the license code immediately after the purchase. Order Number, Licensed Email, Product Name will be listed in the email.
